We have a small pool with 1,057 Gallons

I really want to use this method for our pool but I’m having a hard time raising the Chlorine levels. Help! Before I go buy normal pool store stuff ?‍♀️ I don’t have a Taylor test kit I have a HTH kit I just can’t spend the money in a Taylor when I’m not even sure how long this pool will last.

Here are my most recent test results from Pool Math. I know the TA is high I’ve tried to lower it by lowing PH to 7.1 like the app says and it did t help.
Now my Ph has gotten back up to 7.8
104923
I added 5.4oz of 100% chlorine last night and my FC only went up to 1 (as recommended by the CYA chart for a SLAM)

I added another 6oz of chlorine to the pool this morning hoping to get it to SLAM levels

TIA for all your help!

Welcome! You're in luck. With a pool so small, there really is no need to perform a SLAM Process like we do for the larger pools. In your case, it's generally best to simply dump the water and refill. You don't even need one of our larger recommended test kits. The HTH drop kit is sufficient. See our Guide for Seasonal/Temporary Pools - Trouble Free Pool page for more details.

Our yard is so saturated with water we really can’t drain the pool right now.

Is there any other thing I can do??
