Grout missing between skimmer and tiles

Noticed on our brand new pool, tile sub left small spots between tile and skimmer with no grout. Most likely because he installed coping before working on tile in the skimmer. Also noticed a small pin hole in grout of hot tub. Have not noticed any drops in water level or a high water bill. However, for peace of mind, ordered some under water pool epoxy and leak detection dye, which had great reviews.

Getting PB back out to correct won’t happen as he is currently out of business.
 
I have used E-Z Patch® 4 (White) Pool Tile Grout Repair - E-Z Patch They have both above water and below water mixes.

I have used both above water and below water mixes. If you can lower the water it is much easier to apply grout above the water.

Turn off the pump, drain water to a bit below the area to be repaired, apply the grout, let it set for 12 hours or more, then add water and start pump.
