Issues With New Circuit Board AQL-PS-4

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and owning a pool. I apologize in advanced if this isn't the correct way of doing this. It's been great, but not without it's hiccups. I recently came across the infamous 'No Cell Power' warning, seen here Aqua Logic PS-4 'Cell Power Error' REPLACE????. I tried to fix it by re-soldering, but I think the relay is bad, so I ordered the new part and will try fixing it myself (this was after I had already ordered a new board). But that's a different story.

I replaced the board, which should of been straightforward. The filter ran and the cholorinator seems to be working, awesome. But now I'm coming across a couple issues.
1. When I turn on Spa, the valves change but the pump doesn't turn on. I can hear something 'click' after the valves are done turning, but nothing happens.

2. Not sure if it's related to the problem above, but the heater doesn't start up. When I press heater, it just goes through the different heater options instead of turning it on.
3. When I press Aux1, which is connected to my Polaris booster pump, it says "aux1 is disabled button inactive". I tried going through the configuration setting but couldn't find anything helpful. I saw the set up for Aux2 but not Aux1. I looked all over the internet, but could not find anything. Asked hayward, but they haven't told me either.

Notes: When I installed the new board, it seemed to already have many of my previous settings saved, even time though it was just an hour off. Is that possible? I figured with a new board it would be from scratch and I would have program everything. I tried resetting the default config to no avail. I guess I'm just wondering if these would be hardware or software configuration issues. I'll attach a couple pictures if that helps at all, and I can add more. I've stared at the old picture and my current set up longer than I'd like to admit. I'm hoping i'm just missing something simple... Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping when the new relay comes in, I can fix my old one with that and send back this board, but in the meantime vacuuming my pool would be great.

Update: I got a response from hayward and for specifically the Aux1 question, he said

If you are seeing the aux1 is disabled button
inactive, it is likely that the config has a 2 speed , freeze
protect, or interlock for a booster is active.

After playing around a bit more, when I turn filter on with pool selected it works. When I press spa it turns off (as expected) while the valves are turning. When the filter button is lit and I press the pool button again, the filter turns on WHILE the valves are changing. Which isn't good right? Not sure what to make of that, but it's starting to sound like a software configuration more than wiring? Though I'm still banging my head over this.

I am so sorry you have not received a reply yet. I am going to give it a bump as I don't know any of these answer :(
Thanks, I really appreciate it. Yea, it does seem to be a doozy.
Have you tried a factory reset?
I tried doing a config reset to default through the locked configuration menu, that didn't help unfortunately. I'm assuming that's the same as factory reset right? There isn't a button somewhere that I'm missing?

I just got my relay last night, so I'm going to try and see if that fixes my old circuit board, hopefully get it in Tuesday/Wednesday.
Cheers
