What kind of sealant will hold up under the water line? I believe I have a leak around my skimmer box. I used some marine sealant from Lowes. I touched it today and it is starting to disolve. I will drain the water from the area I want to seal. I am not trying to seal under water or in wet conditions. I will be under water once the sealant cures and then and only then will the pool be refilled.

Most any silicone sealant should work. They have marine sealants too. Most will need to cure for 24 hours or so.
