Can you list your test results? I honestly cannot read what you posted.
What test kit are you using for your water testing?
You most likely will need to SLAM Process. But more guidance can be provided if you answer the above questions!

Total chlorine-10
Free chlorine-5
PH-7.2
Total alkalinity-180
Stablizer -100
we used the Clorox brand test strips.

Test strips are not viable for water testing or determining what additions are needed.
We recommend you get a proper test kit. Either the TF100 from TFTestkits.net or the Taylor K2006C. The TF100 is the best value for the residential pool owner.
When you get your test kit, post up the results and we can provide guidance.
