Yep, when I turn the power on to the pump it says "Relay Control Initializing..." I've attached the wiring at the pump drive just for posterity.

just tested with a multimeter, relays seem to be working as expected, with an audible click when i activate either "Filter" or "Low Speed." Any other suggestions?
