I I control my pump remotely via an outdoor heavy duty smart plug. I have it on a schedule, can override the schedule via my phone from anywhere and have it programmed to automatically turn on if the temp is over 85 outside regardless of what the schedule says. So far really enjoying that setup.

Is it safe to measure muriatic acid in a glass Mason jar and then rinse the jar out in the pool afterwards? No plans to use the Mason jar for anything other than this purpose.
