I posted previously had small algae bloom. Got sick. Now we are supershocking and the pool has black stains and brown stains. They don't go away brushing. What do you recommend? Keep the slam going or give up? Photo is not algae it's a stain. We are at TC 20 ALK 100 CYA 40 Ph 8

All my chemicals are within balance but I have white floating snowflake like pieces. They are small and can be seen when you look at it but hard to get pics. Chlorine sanitized not salt. Sand filter. I'm not sure if it's calcium or white water mold or something else. It's slimy when I net it up...

We have a newly plastered pool under 30 days (almost 30). We have what looks like white water mold but isn't floating in the pool. What can it be? we have tried everything to get rid of it. The pain of scooping it out is tiring. Can't use a robot, can't use anything floating. and we're just...

Just had our pool re-plastered. The workers cleaned their buckets and hoses in our decorative rocks. Now there is plaster everywhere and some of the rocks are now a block. Any suggestion besides hand cleaning it to remove it? Any cleaning product or chemicals help?

we used stain free to get the stains out from leaves but now can't get chlorine up to where I need to be. Used 3 lbs of stain free how much chlorine do I need to get above 0. I also have metal free to use.
