    Neighbor's pool

Can someone explain to me the piping from the red top to the black? Also, the black top on the ground of the spa. I'm genuinely enjoying their building process but it's completely different than mine was. Cheers

    Open or close main drain

Sadly he does nothing Jim. Somebody comes out weekly to shock and clean out the leaves. Are skimmers sufficient enough to turn over the water from a 10k pool? I rec to leave the drain open.

Jim He plays someone to come out once a week and shock. I noticed no circulation. Oak trees in Texas are blowing up.

    Open or close main drain

I received this text from my bro in law. I noticed his water looked bad and I opened up the closed po drain valve. He was told to keep it closed since he has a cleaner. Is this true? I've never closed off my skimmers or drain when my polaris runs. I posted my setup, my bro in law's is similar.

    Putty on the jets

They're going to remove the top stone and assess what's going on inside the spa wall. Equipment has been off for 48hrs (per PB) and I'm noticing the skimmer baskets and filter basket are full of debris. I cleaned everything out last night... Can the leak cause water to flow into the suction...

    Putty on the jets

TY Aqua, PB is coming out this AM. The spa is still seeping water but the water level in the spa hasn't changed.. (?) I confirmed that the putty is not a permanent fix. Any experience with this kind of leak? Equipment has been turned off x 24hrs.

    Putty on the jets

PB claims to have found a pin hole leak in a spa jet. I discovered the leak when I noticed wet spots on the outside of the spa. Is putty a sufficient resolution or should I request a more permanent fix (ex. Epoxy)?
