    just the pool. hardscap is another 100k+ Yes 350$ a load for dirty , they figured ~30 OTHER quotes where close , I Believe I’m paying 15% premium for trust in the PB

    Thanks Bill , I'll be all over the project manager and making sure they know I'm not going to be a jerk, but I will want to befriend them with (water , Snacks etc... haha

    hardscaping is a totally different contract.....again this is NJ everything is expensive

    i konw i'm getting crushed on the auto cover...I've been figgting them since day one that they are HIGH ...i got quotes all 10k less , but they claim they do it different etc....I can still fight after I signed correct?

    this is the size of the pool only thing missing from this is I tweeked it from 38' to 41' the day of the signing

    here's my Pool contract details ...please let me know your thoughts on equipment that I should loook out for them doing the bait and switch...also which items you see that there is a newer better technology out now...thanks Scott
