It happens on every setting— filter, backwash, rinse- no matter what it does the same thing

I tried it and still the same? Could there be a blockage on the other side or something not suction related?

Unfortunately at the beginning of all this dirt was pushed back into the pool and I can’t vacuum bc no suction, so it has tons of dirt on the bottom

I just tried the “garden hose” I saw on you tube at each connection and the drain plugs and the lid and no change. Is there anything else we can check? I have someone coming on. Sunday but we. Would really like to swim this weekend

That is for the salt water - it’s called a salt water chlorinator

The drain plugs? Do you mean the ones on the pump? The seem to be tight - no water is leaking.

No, the water level is sufficient and no air is getting in through the skimmer.
