Hi it's an inground pool. The water line in the pool is below the skimmer intake opening. So if I turned open the skimmer valve no water would travel to the pump.

Confirmed by Pentair, KK will get stuck on larger wrinkles, no work around. Bought a Polaris 955. Now off to sell the new KK.

I bought a brand new Kreepy Krauly and it gets stuck over wrinkles in my pool. It moves well over areas that don't have wrinkles. Is this a known issue? Is there a work around? Or can you recommend another cleaner that will do the job? I attached a photo to show the extent of the wrinkling.
