Pump GFCI breaker trips when bonding wire attached

Update...first, thanks everyone for the advice! I agree, the wiring connections needs some work! I bought a new analog meter as my digital meter has been somewhat flaky in it's reading over past several years and it actually was showing a ready when not touching anything! But with the new...

Pump GFCI breaker trips when bonding wire attached

Hi James, please see attached pics of the three pumps wiring connections. Grounds are connected on all. The Voltage meter reading was .1 when the pump was running...it fluctuated back and forth from 0 to .1. Since the lug isn't attached currently, I tested it from the screw hole where the lug...

Pump GFCI breaker trips when bonding wire attached

I recently had GFCI breakers installed for my filter, waterfall, and booster pumps as the original were non-GFCI. I also replaced my old incandescent lights with 12v LED that are on a separate GFCI breaker. When the bonding wire is attached to either pump, the breaker trips immediately. The...

Aqua Logic PS8 not activating valve actuators

Aqua Logic PS8 not activating valve actuators

Yes. It doesn't seem to matter which mode it's in, the actuators don't respond to the computer. Only via the toggle switch.

Aqua Logic PS8 not activating valve actuators

I meant that all other functions via the computer (blower, cleaner, waterfall, lights, etc) were operating correctly. There are two actuators...one to switch the spa/pool return to one or the other and the second to switch the suction side to either the spa or pool. Normally, when selecting...

Aqua Logic PS8 not activating valve actuators

Thanks for the suggestions. The switches are in the proper "on" positions and the computer setting is "pool & spa - std". Any other ideas?

Aqua Logic PS8 not activating valve actuators

Hi all, I replaced my Aqua Logic main board recently and carefully programmed it the way the old one was setup. Everything works great except when switching it to "spa mode", the actuators do not respond. Each one is getting power and they rotate the proper way when flipping the micro switch in...
