I'm pretty sure that my existing pump has died, and I keep hearing that a Variable Speed pump is what I should buy. Is it really much better than a basic single or dual speed pump? I'd like to avoid the high-end pumps that cost thousands, but I need something strong enough to pull my Kreepy...
