    I can connect to the pool over LAN and am able to control the pool by doing so. I just can not get it to work over WAN. I have tried reentering the MAC address and the aquaconnectweb.com just tells me that the ACHN is already assigned. I am at a loss.

    DNS is set to get automatically from ISP Starting IP address 192.xxx.1.2 Ending IP address 192.xxx.1.254 Not sure where to find DHCP settings....

    My ISP or router did not change. I did not change any DHCP or DNS settings. My router is a Netgear R6400. Router is set up to use router as DHCP server.
