Another Update....Maytronics Customer Service told me that the E20 could not use the 2prong swivel cable, as the "motor could not support it". What? That made no sense. I got fed up with mine getting tangled up so bad that it would be stuck. So, I took a chance, ordered a 2 prong swivel...
