Sorry to hear about your Betta 2 dying so soon. Hopefully Instapark is quick to return your repaired unit. Let us know how fast the turnaround is. I also purchased the extended warranty when I got my Betta 2.

Well I went ahead and upgraded my dead Betta to the Betta 2 using the $200 trade-in discount and added the 3-year extended warranty. They will include a pre-paid shipping label to return the dead Betta. I hope the Betta 2 lasts longer than a year.

Sounds like I need to go ahead and upgrade to the Betta 2 and buy the extended warranty. I'll share the return / shipping process. I'm still debating whether to get the 2 or 3-year warranty with the upgrade. I just have $$$ spinning in my head right now.

Looks like they're holding firm on the $200 discount offer only or sending back my Betta for warranty repair. I may just pull the trigger and take the $200 discount toward the Betta 2. Then I have to decide if I want to buy the 2 or 3-year extended warranty. What do you'll think I should do?

I called them and Ged instructed me to fill out the online warranty claim for documentation purposes. I got a response and they suggested I let the Betta charge up more in the pool while turned on. I let it sit in the pool for a full day and it never started up (still flashing red). I emailed...

Quick update on my refurbished warranty replacement Betta. It is now failing to stay on with the red lights flashing. I try to turn it back on and it would start up for a second but then the red lights flash again. I made sure to let it charge up for several hours in full sun and in the pool but...

I may also look into this. Other than the Salt Chlorine Tolerant (SCT) Motors, what other improvements have they made? Is the Betta 2 working better for you?

On my second unit that was a warranty replacement. The first one stopped working within a year but the second one is working fine.

Purchased my Betta June 22 and am now experiencing an issue with it. The Betta no longer is able to turn / back away from the pool walls. It just gets stuck against the wall. I made sure to clean off the sensors but unfortunately it still doesn't navigate correctly. Paddle and props seem to be...

We also noticed this when it rained. But once the sensors dried off / cleared out then it would function like normal.

I noticed my Betta getting stuck in one of our skimmer inlets and will need to reinstall the cover (same as above). We originally got these to keep the kids' toys out of there but quit using them. Hopefully I didn't throw them away and can find them again.

Checked out your original pictures and the blue model I received definitely has the smaller power button.

How small of a power button is "small?" There is a small, red power button on the end of the Betta. I would say it's about 1/2" square. Unfortunately the one pic I took after unpacking it from the box does not show the power button. I also agree that a plug in charger would be nice to have!

It looks like the blue ones are back in stock and I ordered it earlier this week and it arrived in a couple of days. I charged it up for several hours yesterday and put it in the water at sundown and it worked very well! Quieter than the Solar Breeze and picked up hair, grass and floating bugs...
