If the FC is 1ppm with the test kit and (nothing on the strip) I cannot see if it drops more than 1ppm overnight, correct? Looks like the generator is doing it's thing again, when I have built up the FC I can do the OCLT agreed?, I have added some Stabilizer also.

I may have not waited long enough for the vitamin C to do it's thing and started scrubbing. I'll do as suggested to a "T" after work today an let the sock sit without scrubbing.

If anyone was following this, I fixed my issue. I was told that there are little spacers or gaskets on the spa jets and if one fell off or was removed it would stop all jets from blowing bubbles. So I took each jet out and did not see any gaskets or spacers, put the jets back in carefully and...
