    Does anyone use the pH meter from TFT Test Kits?

    Thank you for this info!! I have been struggling discerning the subtle color gradients on the drop test. For example, I thought for SURE my pH was pretty close to 7.6 on the drop test. Was fighting cloudy water for weeks. Took sample to pool shop for analysis...found pH at 8.3! Oooops :)...

    Moved from here. I'm in the same situation. I have my CYA down to 50 (worked down from 75). Going on vacation for a week. I have 3" trichlor tabs that I stopped using once I learned from TFP that it was adding/raising my CYA. Do I bump to SLAM level and put the float back in with 3" tabs...
