Hi Jim, I have tried it again this evening, it does not seem to budge. All I can do is push the narrow end down. I am going to try some lubricant to see if it helps. Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Sujatha

Thank you Jim, That's what we thought so and tried that several times. We pushed the narrow end down and the wide end lifts up but it doesn't seem to move left or right. I will try it one more time this evening. Thanks, Sujatha
