What’s the correct range to set on the aqua pure panel for chlorine production % and what does it mean and how do you change it?

My cell and power cord appear to be bad. 2 1/2 yrs old, both outer plates are partially corroded and worn down, power cord (3 female end) show wear and corrosion, and pool has no chlorine. Trouble codes 194 and 125 showing, I’m waiting on new cell and power cord. Is it ok to leave the power cord...
