I re-added the picture! Yes, it is the backwash to sewer pipe. The MPV is fully set to filter. The MPV is original to the system (made it through the 2021 freeze). The flow of water coming out of the pipe is variable. Right now its a small stream, but sometimes its a heavier stream and sometimes...

Cleaned my DE filters and backwashed 2 weeks ago, and this pipe has been constantly dripping/streaming/spurting water ever since. I don't know what the technical term is for this pipe, so I couldn't search. What could I have missed after I backwashed? Thanks!

I'll add my .02 and say stay away from Jandy. The guy who works on my equipment said that they loved installing Jandy SWG because of all the maintenance calls they would get $$$. They certainly got a lot of my money until I switched it for a circupool!

No, the test (K-1000) for ph is the standard here. You just want to match the tone, not the exact color (in other words, is your test sample yellow, orange, coral, pink or red? Use whatever number corresponds to the tone).

I always found inground/pool spas to be super uncomfortable. Sitting on a concrete bench doesn't translate to relaxing for me!
