Pentair IntelliFlo3 VSF & Quick clean question.

Correct - there is no keypad. I have the apps (Screenlogic and Pentair Home), but don’t see any way to adjust the Quick Clean speed. Going through the Easytouch menus it seems like one of the Intelliflo settings should control the pump speed, but can’t figure it out.

Pentair IntelliFlo3 VSF & Quick clean question.

We have a new pool build with the Intelliflo3 VSF and the outdoor Easytouch Control System. My pool guy asked me to kick up the speed of the pump for the “Quick Clean” cycle (he’s not familiar with Easytouch), but the Pentair Home app has the controlled by automation message. I don’t have a...

(6/22/2021 -- Project Complete!) New Pool and Backyard overhaul - Orange County, CA

Big day today - looking forward to seeing more updates. Looks great so far. As for soils…I’m also in a holding pattern on our project in OC waiting for soils to see how bad it will be. Preliminary feedback was “not looking good”, and I know my fill is not to current code given the caissons we...

Pool / Backyard Design - How to go from high-level design down to details

Starting a new thread as the one I'd posted last year was more focused on the pool build, and this is a more theoretical question. We're very happy w/ the landscape designer and what he came up with (it's a side hustle of his), and our contractor did a great job on our remodel a few years...

Planning for a 40-year old pool update - feedback/suggestions please!

@jimmythegreek - one more question for you (or others that have an opinion). While we've been intending to do the above-ground jacuzzi, we're still considering whether it makes more sense to integrate one with the pool instead. If we did this we'd want to do it away from the slope side of the...

Yes - probably PebbleTec (PebbleFina), but haven’t tested it yet.

Planning for a 40-year old pool update - feedback/suggestions please!

Thanks, @kimkats. @jimmythegreek (or anyone else in the know) - I've been doing more research and doing new pipes may not be as bad as I was thinking. Correct me if I'm wrong, but do they now abandon/cover up the drain at the bottom of the pool? If so, is the trenching required for new...

New Pool Build - Marin, CA - Finished

I too would love to see how this is progressing (if it has at all during this shelter time). That stacked light stone in post #130 is exactly what we have on the front of our house...so obviously I think it looks great.

Buying a new heater one year before pool refresh - any reason to worry?

Thanks for the advice above - I'll spend some time on this site and in the user manual to better understand it (and heaters in general). We ended up with the Jandy JXi 400k Versaflo (forgot I hadn't updated this thready, but instead the one in the pool build section). One thing the installer...
