    We would suggest the 45M3 as the psi on the return side is usually around 25 psi and a check valve is not needed. We hope this may help.

    The coil (MP6J226) and power cord (MP6B020) would need to be replaced. The part numbers listed are for 220V. Attached is the Basic Service Manual.

    We do not suggest using a 'Y' as there is a chance of leaking at the connection. In regards to using the 3/8" tubing, the 1/4" is fine as the pump is a positive displacement pump and increasing the tubing size does not affect the output, unless a viscous solution. I hope this might help.
