Actuated valve is for solar yes (ON1: puts OFF to line to solar, currently in photos; ON2: ON the line to solar). Why would water be on the right side even when on ON1 position

@mknauss @1poolman1 sorry for late reply. I actually opened Hose Clamps, under which there was a rubber tape which was attached to cover a small circular hole. looks like there was a sensor back in the day which someone stripped apart. I tried to re do the hose clamp but I made a small leakage...
