I have the same issue. I called the place in FL. The advised there is a 100% failure rate on the circuit boards and it is $500.00 for the replacement.

I am looking to purchase a safety cover for my pool and think I will go with Merlin Smartmesh. Does anyone have a picture of the cover in tan? Can you post it here?

How did the cover work out for you? I am looking at the same one.
