The drain on that filter is on the bottom under the inlet/outlet connections - it can be a pain to get to. Some people use the backwash setting to drain most of the water. If you had water in the filter and/or the control valve and it froze you may have a problem - anything from a cracked...

Update. I got the CYA level up and started the SLAM today. I checked every 2-3 hours, FC would always return to 7.5. I bumped it with 1 gal of 12.5% 3 hours ago and did my numbers again just now for the overnight test. My water is clear and ammonia is gone. Here are my new numbers. PH 7.2...

Thanks. I'll put some stabilizer in the skimmer (filter is running 24x7) and let that process while it rains tomorrow. Do I need to worry about PH yet? I'm a little concerned about playing with it because the TA seems high.
