Pool Opening Cloudy can't get a FC reading

Update. I got the CYA level up and started the SLAM today. I checked every 2-3 hours, FC would always return to 7.5. I bumped it with 1 gal of 12.5% 3 hours ago and did my numbers again just now for the overnight test. My water is clear and ammonia is gone. Here are my new numbers.
PH 7.2
FC 16.0
CC 1.0
CH 100 ( this is suspect as it's read 200 up till now)
TA 200
CYA 30
