anyone have knowledge/opinions on which SWG's are the best these days ?

Thanks for response, I replaced lid o ring but that wasn’t it. I see tiny bubbles seemingly coming into pump when system on, when I pour some water over one of the jandy valves ( the one not visible in pic) the bubbles stop. Could bad o rings on that create this issue ?

pentair variable speed pump partially drains when system is off. All else seems very normal. If pump lid o-ring was bad, could that be cause ? Or might it be a check valve, I do not have check valve immediately in front of pump, there are 2 (1 on each side) one for spa drain and one for spa returns.

can low (60-90 range) CH cause depletion of FAC/TAC ? I like to raise CH slowly because over time it naturally increases here in AZ. (hard water)....also my CYA is on low end right now (around 50-60)

I have a separate pump for water feature, so would not effect leak

and yes, only leaks when pump is on, salt cell is highest point of most equipment

its only presently a small hairline/pinhole leak, at one of the joints …… not sure how to do pic. housing needs to be replaced, just wondering if its ok to let pool sit without running for about 48 hours
