This is the other end that has an elbow coupling and it looks very similar to pvc but a different colour.

When I hit it with a shovel it felt harder than pvc but I’m not sure if it plastic or metal.

I just bought this off eBay. It has the correct thread size so should work ok.

The absorbers are on the roof. I think this is the vacuum relief valve. When I unscrewed it I heard air being released so it must be faulty. Can’t find a replacement one that looks the same.
