I am a manager at a seasonal beach club with big pools, 250K+, 20hp's with Variable speed controllers, high rate sand, liquid chlorine via Pulsafeeder 240gpd, non-heated. I do 99% of plumbing, repairs, chemistry (Hayward CAT controllers which can be a nightmare), etc.
In dealing with my 12K backyard pool, I am in over my head!
Inground 15x25? , Gunite, built 1975, poly pipe on it last legs, main drain and 2 floor inlets, 1 stainless steel skimmer, brick and bluestone deck settling and frost heave? Hayward sand filter, Hayward Aquatrol chlorine generator in need of new turbo call, Sta-rite NG heater that is DOA, 3/4 HP Superpump.
