Problem solved. The heater has a secondary propane regulator on it, the vent (tubing) runs away from the equipment as it should. The vent pvc pipe had water in it which impacted the regulator. Drained water out of pipe and runs like it should.

James-had to get a meter to read DC AMPs. Interesting results. I read 5.5 amps with it and still error 120, note this is with the new salt cell still installed. I also decided to get a new power board, figured just in case. Installed a new power interface board (R0467600). Measured 4.24...

Thanks James. What is the DC AMP range I will need to measure? Looking on line for a clamp type and appears most only go as low as 40amp. Its the something else that's I'm worried about. I'll re-measure salinity during the week.

Yes new PLC 1400. Model received 1400, 3cell, 3 Prongs, DC voltage on both outside prongs is reading 30VDC. Salt level is reading 3.2 on the box as well as independent.
