Why not keep FC lower recommended levels?

Let's raise that minimum wage again.

No problem, it's cheap and works fine, and been doing it that way for a couple years now.

    Robot suggestions ?

Thanks for the input I still have not made up my mind on a robot. Ido like the way they scrub although since using the TFP method I don't seem to need scrubbing as much so that is not my main concern.Filtering is not a real concern for me as I have a D.E. filter system already that is probably...

    Robot suggestions ?

Thanks for the suggestions I am still on the fence, I can afford a robot but was quite content with my old Kreepy, so still may just get the new version unless for some reason I just cannot do without the thousand dollar cleaner.

    Robot suggestions ?

So I am guessing nobody is using inexpensive suction side cleaners anymore judging by the lack of responses to my earlier inquiry as to the proficiency of the new style Kreepy. Which robot do you guy's prefer.

    Inground pool cleaner recommendations ?

Hello, as the title reads, can I have any suggestions or ratings of poolcleaner to replace my 10 year old creepy. It seems they do not make these anymore, has anyone tried the new kreepy, Amazon has mixed reviews. It is cheaper than the old Kreepy and the cost of fixing up my old Kreepy just...

Question for the guys who buried their chlorine tanks in 100F+ environments

I have a 30 gallon resevior under a shade tree with about 10-15 gallons at a time in it. Never have had a reason or noticed a need to bury it, it seems to be fine for the last couple years I have been doing it this way.Burying it may be abit overkill as it is easy to fill and clean out above...

Pump Dead - Repair or Replace?

I just had 2 motors looked at locally by a place called Hemco. One was repairable and one was not and needed new windings on the rotor. I would take the motor to a repair company and let them bench test the motor and give you an estimate first before fixing or replacing. They will usually do...

Thanks for replying, you are probably right about the size and saving on electrical bill. I guess I will see if Amazon has a good deal tomorrow and if not just rebuild the wet end of my old super pump 2 2.0 hp., but really want the variable speed pump to save on electrical and just waiting for...

I am thinking of getting this one, what do you guys think https://www.amazon.com/Hayward-SP3202VSP-1-85-Variable-Speed-TriStar/dp/B014POPMTK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 or do you think I should go with the bigger 2.7 one that is more expensive?

Yeah. you are probably right about the chlorine injection point. I imagine I might have brought this leak on myself, no Hayward bashing here. I might just have to go with a variable speed Hayward for ease of install, unless anyone else has any input. Thanks and I would never have a professional...
