So I did some more testing of the new heads. If I set the variable pool pump to 3450 RPM, I can indeed achieve 18 psi at the Valve and get the Heads in the SPA working correctly. Another option is to plug a single of the 6 Heads in the SPA. Then I can get it to operate correctly with 2900 RPM...

It does, but seems more like a supply issue.

I bought Pentair 640121 IntelliBrite 5G Color Underwater LED Spa Light, 120 Volt, 50 Foot Cord 4 years ago for $350 and now they are like $750. Any chance they will come down again or is this just the new price?

P Probably need to rethink the original design completely to solve my problem. Even without supplying any of the water features and bypassing the Heater I have a Bypass Valve, 10x90s and 1x45 Between the filter and the Manifold. I'm loosing 10 PSI+ in the process.

That may be the reason. I live in PHX, so I know everything about hot pool water :) I only inject once daily and I do it during the cleaning cycle, so lots of flow.

What flow indicator do you use? I’ll add my 2 cents. I replace my duckbill and the pump tubing every year and clean out the injection point and the “weighted”suction in the tank at the same time. My T is vertical and I use the 0.51 GPH tube in my EconT and can normally go a year without issues...

I had a slow check valve fail, so all that happened was that my solution got diluted and it took me a while to figure out why I wasn’t getting enough chlorine in my pool. Now I change it every year as a precaution together with the pump tube.
