Just wanted to give an update. I took a sample to a local pool store and they told me to add 15 pounds of baking soda and a week later the water is crystal clear and no algae. I did not do anything else other than let the pump run 24 hours a day.

I ordered my Taylor test kit but I had a friend who come by today and tested my pool water and he says the chlorine level is 35ppm, cya is 55 ppm, ph is 7.2 not sure why the pool is still green once I get my kit I can do the slam process if need be. Any other suggestions?

I have an above ground pool that is 22’ by 52” with a salt water sand filter. I went out of town for a week and when I can home I seen that my pump tripped out and the pool is green. I threw 3 pounds of Trichlor shock and allowed the filter to run continuously for two days and nothing happened...

I look forward to getting everything set up and looking good. Right now I have a problem with the set up. I posted about a rip in the top of the liner where the support rail is. I want to patch both sides and fill the pool but not sure if it will hold?

I have a coleman 22'x52" above ground pool and I live in phenix city AL. I love to be in the water and look forward to any help i can get to make for more quality time in the pool for me and my family!

I have a coleman above ground pool, 22'x52". When putting it up I noticed there is a small rip where the top rails of the pool are inserted(see attached pic). I was wondering if I could patch the inside and outside of the rip and still use this liner?
