ok... it should be, nothing had been disconnected. also, the lcd/keypad aren't lighting up at all.

that led flashes once when power is flipped on

replaced the board and the transformer. transformer had no voltage coming out, no lights lit up at all. now i get the one flash on the led on the power supply when the 240v switch is flipped on, and that is it.

back to square one now.... unplugging and plugging the 24 volt lead to the board does nothing but give one flash of the led on the power supply

My pump does something like that, it'll only start up at 1000 rpm, but this heater had never done that in the almost 6 years that I've had it. Now having said that, it did it again. I had it shut off for about 18 hours and flipped the power on. The heater showed nothing until i opened it up...

ok, yes, CB is good. So just now, I was going to test for the 24 volts from the power supply to the board, got nothing, maybe was not testing it correctly... plugged it back in and it lit up and is working now......

Hello, thank you for your response. No automation, CB? It is wired to same 240 that the pump is on. Yes, i have a meter and know how to use it.

The display does not light up or display and codes. It had worked just fine the past couple of years with a new keypad. I ran it for 3 days while we had freezing temps, now nothing. The fuse looks good. What next?
