Why doesn't the SLAM CYA/FC chart match up with my FC numbers suggested? Im just confused what I'm aiming for FC wise here by the chart ? Edit. I found the correct chart. My bad!

Have been able to pretty well stabilize FC level to around 12 past few days with some fluctuations. Ph is around 7.3, alkalinity 90 ppm. Water still cloudy. When should I start to see a change ?
