Have been able to pretty well stabilize FC level to around 12 past few days with some fluctuations. Ph is around 7.3, alkalinity 90 ppm. Water still cloudy. When should I start to see a change ?

Little update: Mother-in-law is giving us a new pump/filter. It's the Intex 28633EG Krystal Clear Cartridge Filter Pump 2500 GPH. Looks like it got pretty good reviews and will be sufficient for my pool. How often do I need to clean/replace the cartridge on these typically?
