You think this would work? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 026AAtGYgs Or how about direct Muratic acid on the stains? Maybe just pour little bit of muratic acid in the step area?

Jason, My pool is full of water on the stairs. Would I have to drain out the water around the stairs to try what you told me? Thanks

SOS pad on steps = now rust

Jason, Ok, I'll try that. Also I was told by our local pool shop employees that I should use a lime or lemon and rub it on the rust stain and see if it came out. I did and it was a NO-GO :(

    CostCo Aquabots (C, Turbo C, & Rover Plus C)

I love our Pool Rover Plus. Compared to any of my suction side cleaners *aka* Polaris, the PRP is TOP GUN!! Also w/ the vacuume bag, it is much , much less stress to getting ca-ca in the filter system. Bags are very easy to clean, works like a charm. Our pool is so clean and clear. Best $500 I...

Did you all do your landscaping through your pool company?

Mine was all done by the pool company. Basically the pool company did not do Crud. All they did was hire contractors. As for the landscaper, that was the last contractor that came to the rescue. I mean they destroyed my yard, so yep they did redo it regardless. IMHO, yep it was cheaper done...

I did not read everything or how to progress was, but when I 1st saw all the pic's of the dig I was thinking: 'Oh man, no yard'. But at the end I really like the look. For what you had to work with, it really, really came out awesome! Have fun swimming and splash safe :)
