If you haven't -- try holding down the reset button for a few moments and letting it go (the light should flash a few times and go off). Then run a new cycle.

I wanted to post a follow up about this - when using the mesh filter instead of the accordion, the M400 shoots right up the walls of the pool without issue. Not sure what the difference is, but if you're still having an issue @ccasanova, try it with the mesh filters.

Same here. Plus mine isn't climbing the walls much at all. He spins out for a while then decides to turn around and go the other way. It's not even close to warm enough to get in the pool to see if there's some algae or something making the walls extra slickery or something. Yeah - some...

I'm not totally sure as a company does the work. When they close the pool they drain it down to a level that is just below the skimmer opening but one of the jets is below that level. The other jet has a pipe at 90 degrees sticking up just above the water level. I wish I could be more help but...

Here's my pool (cropped my kid's face out for privacy.) We close it. We've never had a problem with it hurting anything freezing over. It was many inches thick at this point.
