I can confirm that I could turn the LEDs on and off when the pump was offline and I finally got the pump flashed today to 3.05-VS. Now, I guess it's a waiting game to see if it ever disconnects again. Thanks to all!

They specifically told me that the 011028 does not have firmware issues, only the 011056 does. How would you recommend I approach them about this since they already shot me down?
