Moved from HERE Hi! I have the same heater but it's 3 years old, and the same noise problem. I have replaced the thermal regulator, but still the same noise. When I remove the regulator, the noise goes away. Have you been able to find out the cause of the noise on your system? Thank You Peter

Thanks! I was looking at the wrong chart! And I did fail the Overnight Chlorine Test so I will be SLAMing my pool before adjusting CYA.

Why CYA up to 80, the chart shows 80* - with the asterisk? I don't know if it's "easy peasy" but it's fun.
