My heater is doing this same thing now. We'll close, it jumps around from 1 to 34ish and then shows the E01 code. Did you ever find a solution?

Jim, thank you for your help. Apparently I needed to get a new wifi extender. I had the adapter connected to the extender and turns out it isn't working. Connected the adapter directly to our router and it works perfectly now! Thank you, Gareth

Jim, luckily I got a new computer too. I haven't been able to download the screen logic computer program. Do you know where I could get that? I've looked, but didn't know what to download?? Thank you, Gareth

Over the winter I got a new phone. Now that it's warming up I realize my Name/Nickname/Password didn't transfer over. Any idea how to figure them out? Does the Nickname matter? I emailed Pentair, but haven't heard back yet. Thank you, Gareth
