I've talked to a second PB, and I have a question about heating. Should I get gas heater or a heat pump? We have natural gas coming into the house and we're in the central Florida area. Since we've never had a pool, we don't really we'll use the spa/pool. Any advice is appreciated!

The land belongs to the HOA, an there's a lake to the left you can't see from the picture. Nobody can build back there.
