My app is back up but it is super buggy. It doesn't hold settings. If I set the heater or pump, when I go back into the app those settings aren't working. I'm guessing this is a by product of the outage and hope it gets straightened out soon.

I am having this same issue and I am thinking it has to be related to the Crowdstrike thing.

We ordered non Polywood brand cushions with Sunbrella fabric and we like them.

Just wanted to update this thread. Over a week since I sent the email and the pool builder has not responded.

I would then refer any response from the cover company regarding the edge to my pool builder. What that would get me is probably not much but I would do my best to push blame to the pool builder.

At this point I’d take just replacing the incorrectly laid tiles. The finished edge is smoother than the unfinished edges for whatever that’s worth.

I emailed the builder. I’m not confident he’s going to even reply.

I just looked up the tile and it does come in bullnose. Tile Series: Safari | NPTpool.com

I can’t disagree. I left it to the pool builder to decide what tile to install and how to do it. Clearly that was a mistake. I’m going to look up that tile and see if it come in bullnose.

No and I am not sure if this tile comes in bullnose.

I have at least one unopened box and they are still available. Without counting and between the cover box and the skimmers there are probably 15-20 tiles that are incorrectly laid.

I'm wondering if this can be fixed without making a total mess of that area.

We've had a several issues with our build so the builder may just write it off as one more complaint from picky customers, but I feel that for the price we paid the minimum we can expect is basic attention to detail and proper construction. I am going to mention it, but don't expect much of a...
