    Free circupool RJ-45

I guess I probably should. I’ve always just left the cell out. Maybe that’s part of why it failed.

    Free circupool RJ-45

Hello. I just replaced my RJ-45 with a new RJ-45. Unit blows the Internal fuse. For various reasons, I opted not to troubleshoot it. Unit is about 9 years old. Could be good for parts or if someone wants a project. Let me know…I’m in Falls Church, VA and I hate to just throw it away.

    Post plaster care

Hello TFP! Should I be concerned that the post plaster care company took a month to balance the water and to complete ten visits to brush the pool? They offered me $150 off, so that’s something. I just had my pool replastered. Both the plaster installer and the post plaster care...

    Moving pumping station

Hello all, I am planning to move my pumping station onto my old hot tub concrete pad under my screened porch. I would like to do it myself, but time is short these days. I had a guy come out to give me an estimate. He said that he would not put my filter on the pad because there isn't...

Years of algae on bottom of pool

The robot was just wishful thinking. I was pretty doubtful. I've been watching the other post with jaja. I should have my new pump today: Pentair Superflow 2sp, 1.5 HP. Hopefully, on high speed, that will operate my vacuum and I'll send it to waste. that should get me moving in the right...

Years of algae on bottom of pool

Hello TFP, Thanks for the posts on my other post. I know, too long of a post...so I'll keep this one short: I have about an inch of algae on the bottom of my pool. I am going to order a robot (probably the dolphin premier, expensive!) to help keep the pool clean. Do you have any...

    Moving pumping station plumbing

Thanks Dave. I'll try the deep clean. I was thinking of putting a tray of some sort under the filter so that I could drain the water away from the filter during a deep clean. I need to do more investigating on the skimmer. I think it's a long run under the concrete pool deck and I'm not sure...

    Moving pumping station plumbing

Thanks for the replies! I will have to look at replacing the pool deck to get all of the plumbing to work again. That seems like a big investment. I accidentally posted this in the "Just Getting Started" forum first. I couldn't figure out how to delete it over there. Thanks again for the...

    Moving pumping station plumbing

Hello TFP, I am going to move my plumbing under my screened porch. And I am want to upgrade some of my equipment while I’m at it. So that leads to some questions. My pool and equipment (Northern Virginia): Pool: dark plaster, 17‘X39‘X4.5’ with two small sitting areas (about 25,000...

At the top of the overhead shot in the last post, you can see my discharge line going into corrugated piping leading out behind the back.
