How much did you save by doing an owner build? I'm trying to determine if doing an owner build can get an IG pool into my budget? I know it's highly variable but roughly 5%? 15%?

We are planning to add a pool in the very near future and I would really prefer an in ground if we can fit it into our budget. The prime location (sun, convenience, away from trees, flat ground, etc) is right in front of our walk out basement and an above ground would really obstruct the view...
