How can I test to see if I have a local problem? When I do the network diagnostic it passes quickly. Also I want to share that if I make the change at the panel it does update on the app so it seems as though flow of data is working in one direction.

I have the OmniLogic. I had a hayward dealer come by and they were on the phone with hayward tech support. I am running 4.3.2 software. Now when using the app it says I am in service mode when I am not in service mode. The hayward rep said we need to replace the main board.

I am on 4.01 and I tried the over the air function but keep getting the error below. Keep in mind my unit is hardwired through Ethernet and internet is great.
