We have a bunch of small brown dots on the vinyl liner on the stairs. They only seem to be on the stairs and not anywhere else? What are they and should I be concerned?

Did the diluted test this evening and CYA looks to be between 120-140....looks like i'll be exchanging water

Pool Math app showed 16lbs of Dry Stabilizer should have increased CYA by 53...so 7 to 60......but obviously that does not seem to be the case. I'm guessing the test results showing CYA @ 7ppm from Leslie's were way off I used Clorox Pool & Spa Chlorine Stabilizer....their packaging shows that...
