My brother had this problem on his 8 year old liner. he caulked the bad part to the wall so it was mostly waterproof and it got him through the season. it lasted several months. his liner wasn't nearly as old though.

Team viewer also has a lan only mode that does not go through their servers. I am not too concerned about security, but it will be faster in lan mode.

Does it trip if you disconnect the lights? That will tell you if its the wire or the lights. I have had issues with a miswired gfci. If the neutral and ground is switched or bonded past the breaker it will trip. The neutral needs to connect to the breaker, not to the bus. Hope this helps.

Keep in mind i know nothing about this, but do they have any legal recourse to do anything? Can they sue you? What did you sign? What would they do if you told them to get lost? How frustrating! Sorry to hear...

If you do consider raising the pool depth, check with your insurance company and slide specs. I dont think you can do a slide in the shallow end, but have not checked. No slide here yet! What is the size of the shallow end? It looks small in the pics, but the pool is huge. Mine is 20x16 in...

I used well water. At 300gpm it was hard to say no. Im sure my iron content is high. When i filled it i didnt clean the pipe long enough and got rust in the pool. Once it filtered out it was fine. Now my pool is clean, warm, and refreshing. YMMV.

Post some pics of the water so we can see. Is it still green or more grey? As you kill algae you will need less chlorine. For me it turns grey then gets cleaned out by the filter. Adding DE to the filter helped me a lot. I noticed a difference in hours. Brushing daily is a must i learned...

I bought used solar panels off Craigslist for $1.00 a square foot or less. I have almost 1000 sq ft of panels and the kids love it. That might be easier and cheaper than DIY.

Just a comment - I bought my in ground pool used after the liner had been in storage for 5 years. I think it was outside for part of it because there were leaves inside the folds and one bad fold that I had to patch part of. However, the liner went in easy and is OK after 1 year. Who knows...
